Asrock Z77 Extreme4
They have most same functions but you have more SATAIII for the Asrock if you use for SSD, even Asus has three PCIe (2x 3.0 and 1x 2.0) but the last one (1X 2.0) is too close to the bottom. But if you want 3-way CrossFire then take the Asus, if you need only 2-way CrossFire I will recommend to get Asrock Z77 Extreme4 .
