Well i brought my 2x8 16GB Vengeance RAM. It said PC3-12800 (1600mhz) . I looked in my BIOS and it said my RAM is running at 1333mhz

As you can see her my Board supports 1600 but it doesnt even say it supports 1333 http://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/970%20Extreme3/?cat=Specif...

Why am i being set to 1333 ? It is really rustrating me.

CPU : AMD II x4 945 That does support 1600 Aswell so what is the problem ?

RAM : http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/130810348222?ssPageName=STRK:...

Most MB will default set to the lower frequency (1333MHz) for safty, you need set it to 1600MHz in the bios.

Check the manual pages 40/41, under OC tweaker screen> DRAM configuration, if you select the "auto" then you are set.
