What sata3 port should i put the hdd in?

so i have a GA-970a-UD3 and i was wondering there are 6 sata3 ports and i was wondering which port i should put my hdd in?

Any SATA III port, but if you add the SSD later you should connect to the SATAIII_0 ( you don't have to).

which one is the fastest one? i have them plugged into the sata_3 and sata_6 should i plug one into the Sata_0(my hdd)
