New Computer wont turn on anymore

OK i built my first computer a few weeks ago, and everyone was working as far as i knew. However i tired turning it on yesterday and it kept turning on and off at the start then finally booted. I tried turning it on today and i got a flash of light from the LED's in the case then nothing and now when i try and turn it on i sometimes hear a clicking kind of sound maybe a flash of light from the LED's then nothing. Can someone plz help me

Total system specs. Most likely it is a dead power supply, but list your entire system specs.

Antec 1200 case
P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3
2500k
Nvidia 520GT
Corsair 120GB force GT SSD
Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB
Corsair AX850 Power supply

Also the fans on the PSU have never started up but i thought that was because wasn't under that much load, it wasn't getting hot just a bit warm. And when ever i put the power cord back in i get 2 little lights light up on the motherboard 1 red for power and 1 green for reset, dunno if that means anything.

So PSU is the problem, some people have said motherboard and i don't have any extra parts to test to help see which is dead.

It possibly is a dead power supply, even though corsair makes good units. Send it back for a new one.
