page 38 tells you all you need to know  

Your motherboard manual will have a diagram of your front panel header.
The pwr and rst switches are momentary contact switches, and there is no differentiation of + and -.
Just connect them to the two pins.

The led leads ARE polarity sensitive.
Since there is no standard, try assuming the colored leads are positive.
If the led does not light up, no harm is done, just reverse them.
