At very low resolutions or graphic settings it might, but performance would be so good you either would not notice or would not (and should not) care.

Stick with the 965 there is no benefit in gaming from more than 4 cores!

AMD only supports dual channel so most common combinations are 2 x 2GB or 2 x 4GB. I would say 4GB for 32bit OS and 8GB for 64bit. (although 2GB 32 bit and 4GB 64 bit is min recommended.)

Triple channel is for Intel LGA1366 and as far as I know they are the only motherboards that support it.

The 965BE will handle 2 HD6850 fine in Crossfire.

btw does 6850 use 2 pci 2.x16 slot or just one, nd idk if my mobo will fit the card. or the card will be too big for my mobo. ( either, msi 880g E45 or gigabyte 880gm d2h)

The card will only need a single slot but the cooler on the card will overhang and block the next slot to it. Both those boards will accept the card.

It is not using the slot but making it impossible to put another card in it!

Look at the reviews! If you are thinking gaming, for now skip the FX (Bulldozer).

Not at all, you should have plenty of room for your 6850. The only problem I face right now is my SATA ports being in the way of the card but on the MSI motherboard it looks like they won't be a problem as they face the front of the case.
