WTH is wrong with this website. The green submit comment has not worked in 3 months. any other section works fine. what does it mean when the button is green.

it says im logged in and everything. the regular website works fine but any section on this tomsguide, it doesnt work.

Could you provide more details? Submit comment on Tom's Guide is a blue button, so I'm not sure I follow. With additional details, we should probably be able to figure out what is occurring.
