GPU load problems

Hello, sometimes when i start my rig, it boots with my 2 gpu's (EVGA 570's) and there working, but sometimes when I boot it wont recognize the gpu's, and will boot with maybe onboard graphics? (the motherboard doesn't have any sort of dvi or vga port so i'm not sure if it has onboard graphics). How do i fix this problem? I reinstalled the drivers, recently, and its still doing it. When my Motherboard doesn't recognize the Gpu's, I will reboot and they will. The problem still makes me nervous and I want to get to the bottom of it.
