Low FPS problem?

How can I make Warcraft 3 to use more of my GPU usage because im getting below 30FPS when there's a intensive graphic appeared... Im playing on a 1920x1200 and GPU usage is usually around 20-30% Usage awhile im getting below 30FPS with all those graphic or skills used... Does anybody know how to make warcraft 3 to use more of my GPU Usage instead of letting it use around 20% GPU Usage because im getting below 30FPS certain time which ruin my game...

EvgaGTs450(Overclocked to 900/1800/1950, voltage at 1162mV)
16GB RAM
6TB(3 HDD)
700Watts PSU
ROG 990x(I think it's 990fx?)

How many CPU cores are working? Check the task manager to make sure all 6 are there. I'd also look for a patch. Perhaps WC3 is old enough that it only uses one core? I'd also look at the PCIe slot you are using. If your board has multiple ones, you are using one of the 16x slots and not 4x right?

There's all 6 Cores/Thread and Yes, it's on a x16 with 1 GPU... What I need help on is that I want the game to use my GPU more because at a maximum of 30% usage, makes my games(WC3) goes below 30FPS, sometime even to 11FPS...

Yes, I understand. When the GPU is that low its usually because the CPU can't feed it data fast enough. Even a single core on the x6 1100 should be able to feed it enough data for WC3. The game is old.

What about patches and updates? As I said the game is old so perhaps it needs a patch to be able to handle multi core CPUs, windows xp/7, etc. That would be my next step.

Patch and everything is installed otherwise i wouldn't be able to play... IDK i the game is using the GPU but it went from 63FPS to below 20FPS after i use a skill that uses intensive graphic... I'll try to contact Blizzard and see if they can help with this because im getting FPS lags...

:O Not even close to correct unless you have a steam type version.

Have you checked heat or voltage for the card and CPU?

CPU is cooled by a H50 at a highest temp of 43*C and around 37*C average... GPU Temp is a max of 83*C(With furmark test, didn't go higher as im scare of overheating the card) normal use is around 60-75*C but lowest is like 46*C... I Dont understand how im lagging in Warcraft 3... This build is not for gaming, it's for Adobe CS5.5 so dont think this expensive build is for warcraft only lol... Is there a way to make the game use more of my GPU Usage because with any(Literally any videocard) the game still uses 20-30%, max i ever seen was 41% GPU usage...
