System won't boot with new ram

Memory:

Mobo:

CPU:
Phenom II x4 965 (64bit)
So I received 12gb more of vengeance ram where I was already running off 1 stick of 4gb. Thing is after I installed them my computer wouldn't boot! It would load the mobo logo and pass the POST but when it came to the windows it wouldn't show the 4 lights coming together and it would just restart and continue in that loop.
At first I thought it was faulty ram or something because if I took one specific stick out it would work, and no matter where that one stick was it wouldn't let it boot. But now I'm starting to have trouble with the three and it's getting old really fast how I have to keep pulling them in and out...

If I wasn't clear on something please just tell me. I want this done and settled!

Ok so I tested it abit more and turns out the ram I have is all good(can run each seperatly) and I can run 2 at once ONLY if they are in A1 and A2 if I have another in a B it does that whole restart thing. I'm beginning to think that this is a mobo issue and hope there is something stupid I am doing.
