10 questios to Hire

Hi everyone... Im looking to Hire a IT tech for an office with 20-30 people.

What do you all think 10 Questions would be to assess someones ability.

ie....

What IP address is used to loop a router port ?

What is STP used for ?

Maybe like 5 Network questions... I am not sure what questions on the systems side as with installing windows .. trouble shooting windows etc.

I am looking for a CCNA / MCSE so do not need a CCIE type questions.

would like a couple questions about network security ... but need to have very specific answers nothing vague!

Just look at the sample A+ and Network+ questions, easy to find and many are simple enough that it won't take a hour to answer each one.
