BIOS prompt screen not appearing

I was playing Borderlands 2 when my computer crashed making a loud BEEEEEP sound, the only way to shut it down was to press the reset button. My computer was acting very strange after that, freezing after clicking the login screen for Windows. So I've done a fresh install of Windows but I feel like its still not running like it should. When I was about to do my second fresh install I noticed that the prompt screen to enter my BIOS wasn't showing up, it just a black screen until it gets to the Windows login screen. It's weird since I know it was there earlier when I had to restart my comp multiple times installing drivers/updates. Everything is working besides that though, I'm using it right now.
