Asrock z77 extreme 4 restart issues

At first the board gave me a little trouble out of the box, some random errors which I quickly fixed. But now even after a clean install of windows 7 the computer will not load up after a restart. I have tested the hdd in another computer as well as all of the components, ram works fine and is on the list of supported memory. It wont even let me run the system repair. The whole computer will just turn off at the logo screen and restart itself in an infinite loop

Now it wont even boot into windows it will get to the asrock logo and then just restart with a bunch of random errors again.

Have you tried resting the CMOS with the button on the power plate? Could be a setting in the BIOS that is screwing it about. I've had this occasionally with mine as well.
