Graphic error?

I have this pc:

And i have this problem since i get the 4850, when the image change fast some kind of banding appear. Its kinda annoying lately so i keep trying to change the configuration on the AMD 3D Application Settings but it seems that nothing makes a difference. Well i found that it was the Vertical Sync that was not working. Soo i installed the utility RadeonPro, force it to VSync and now its working perfectly.
