Graphics Card For New Gaming Rig

Hi,
I Just Built a New PC And Dont Know What Graphics Card to Get For It.
I Will Be Playing Games Like GTA IV, COD Black Ops / World At War, Etc. On MAX Settings If Possible
What Would Be A Good Graphics Card For This Spec PC And Any Other Recommended Upgrades?

Specs:
CPU: Intel Core i7 930 2.8Ghz
Mobo: Gigabyte X58-USB3
RAM: 12GB Apogee DDR3 1333 (3x4GB Sticks)
PSU: Corsair TX750W
HDDs: 1x 500GB WD5000AVVS (O/S Drive) 3x 1TB HUA721010KLA330 (Storage Drives)
O/S: Win 7 Pro 32-Bit & Win 7 Ultimate 64-Bit (500GB HDD In 2x 250GB Partitions)
Case: CoolerMaster HAF 932

Current Graphics Card Is A Zotac GeForce 8600GT 1GB DDR2 (Left Over From Another PC)

Graphics Card Will Be Running 2x LG 24" L246WH Monitors At 1920x1200 Res. For Video Editing And Music Software, Only 1 Monitor Will Be Used For Gaming.

if you are using Adobe premiere CS5 better you go with nvidia solutions
If you couldn't pay for Quadro graphics you can buy a Geforce GTX 580 or 570
cause that software uses i think CUDA Cores for MPE
**NOTE: Since you want Gaming you better not go with Quadros 'Cause with them your Gaming experience would not be good enough

Most Of The Time I Use Use Sony Vegas To Edit Video,
Would A GTX 580 Or GTX 570 Run GTA 4 And COD: Black Ops / WAW On Max/High Settings?

I think your software also supports AMD GPUs as well.
And for your gaming yes it could.
But nvidia 560 ti or 560 ti 448 ( coming soon ) not bad for your budget.
