Annoying, floating black box on MacBook Air

I have a MacBook Air. For some reason, an annoying black box has suddenly appeared on my desktop. It mimics everything I do. It clicks and makes other noises. It's annoying.

How do I get rid of it? I;m running Snow Leopard.

Voice over was enabled. Diable voice over by pressing command key+F5
