Ram only works in 1 slot

So every time I put ram in the other slot it beebs and I know it's the slots because all the ram works in the first slot but the other 3 won't work

It's a hp pavilion a6042n
I have 2x2 gb and a 2x512 for a 5gb
Amd Athlon 64 x2 3800
Onboard nvidia GeForce 6150se nforce 430
MCP61PM-HM (Nettle) motherboard

I just replaced the motherboard with a brand new one its the same as the old one (MCP61PM-HM (Nettle) )

Hi, Have you checked the CPU for bent pins? It might be a memory controller issue.

The cpu has no bent pins and is brand new along with the motherboard.

I know all three of the ram slots can't be broken.
both of the blue slots dont work and the one black slot also does not work

I would check though the CPU using a magnifying glass.

Then I would RMA both motherboard and CPU.

i cant rma motherboard and i switched out the cpu same problems
