Setting up a network with 2 subnets 2 routers and 2 computers

Hello,would like to create 2 networks using 2 subnets // \\ want to use one computer on one router and another on another router that has port fowarding to listen to other ports and run in static mode

What's the bigger picture here, what are you trying to accomplish?
