Hello,i need to get a new video card and i plan on maxing out battlefield 3. my resolution is 1920x1080.
Specs:
CPU - AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 955 Processor (4 CPUs), ~3.2GHz
RAM - G.Skill Ripjaws 1600Mhz 8GB (2GB x 4)
Mobo - ASUS M4A79XTD EVO

i dont want to overclock anything but if i have to overclock my cpu i wont pass 3.5ghz.Price range is max $250. I dont know a 560 Ti if would bottleneck, but again if its a lot better perfomance than the non Ti ill think about it. Even a non Ti is definetely an option. for my resolution do i need 1gb or 2gb of video ram. and if the evga 560 non Ti FTW+ edtion is better then a Ti.

Thank You

I would agree with aaronstyle. That's a very good GPU.Although with your budget you got to understand you won't be able to max out BF3.

Your going to have to O.C. your CPU in order to get more performance for playing.I have the 965 and I know that even with the 955 you should easily be able to get to 3.8ghz every safely and with minimal voltage tweaking.
