Asrock 970 extreme3 motherboard installation help no power

Hello,
Not having success powering the MOB; Corsair 800 watt power source was tested and works, but can't get the power on once installed; this is my first build; tips and recommendations are welcome.

Anything come on at all? Fans? Power LED? Is the 4 (or 8) pin power connected for the CPU?
