Front audio panel configuration

Hello,
For some reason I am not getting any audio or mic capabilities from my front panel on my AzzA toledo 301. I am new to the realm of custom PC and would like to know If this has to be configured or If I just have a faulty front panel.

Check the front panel audio cable is CONNECTED CORRECTLY to the motherboard...

I am sure that it's right I am connected the AAFP port on the Mobo, It looked like the only port that mated with the Audio cable.
