Help me build my 2500k (OC) gaming rig

I'm in much need of a new computer. After some thought, I decided to go with a build based around the i5 2500k. I'll mainly be using it for gaming and video watching purposes. Knowing this, I want to know parts I should be buy for overclocking purposes. This will be my first OC build, so it'd be nice if recommendations given are based around knowing that. What I need:

- Motherboard
- RAM
- Power supply
- Fans. Lots of fans.
- Full tower case (maybe)
- CPU aftermarket heatsink (liquid cooling optional, although from my understanding, it doesn't seem like it's worth the money)
- SSD (preferably based around speed as opposed to storage - PCI Express option seems viable since I'm looking for speed and not storage)
- Video card (either to replace my 6870 or crossfire it, but I'm seriously considering holding out until the new 7000 series Radeons come out)
- Any other recommendations

Right now I have a XFX Radeon 6870 video card, a Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Fatality Pro sound card, a 23' 1920 x 1080 Samsung XL2370 monitor, and a Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB hard drive (as well as some other 500 GB Samsung hard drive). I'm thinking about upgrading the video card or getting a crossfire setup, but I'll wait for opinions on that since I hear that microstutter is pretty apparent on dual-card setups (especially the 6870).

Price is not a concern for me, but I'd like to have some money left over. Overall I'm looking for the best bang-for-the-buck options, but I'm willing to splurge on certain parts if it's worth it.

Thank you in advance.
