[Help] I can't install any games and some programs

hi folks on toms hardware

i don't know what must i do, cause 1 weeks ago i had bought new HDD, the old had a CRC error. So i bought new one and better one
and that problem come again to me. and now i have 1 more problem.

here's my computer specs

Intel i5 3570K
Asrock Z77 Extreme 3
Corsair Vengeance 4GBx2
HIS Radeon HD7770
Seagate 1TB

That issue come when i wanna install this game :
Assassin Creed 3
Medal Of Honor Warfighter
Hitman Absolution

and the software is :
my keyboard driver [Powerlogic Armageddon Nighthawk Kai 5]

When I install them, pop up shows. "cannot read from the source, E:\blablabla\blabla\blabla.exe"

And i have a game with rar.file that rar.file had burned to DVD. when i copy it and extracting it. notice says "crc error blabla\blabla\blabla"

I have try every files above on another engine and no problem comes

i don't know what i must doing, i just can waiting the answer from everyone in this forum. please give me advice to solve my problem

That looks to be a drive error. What is E? HDD?

Have you tried moving the drive between plugs maybe from the SATA 6GB to the SATA 3GB?

Yes it can be that something is wrong with the ports or even the cable.
