RAM Timings?

I have 8GB (4 X 2GB) of Kingston HyperX Blu RAM, I've just seen on Speccy that the timings don't seem right and the MHz seems well under what it should be.

Can someone verify if this information is correct and all is as it should be.

I've got a similar problem so I'll keep on eye on this thread.

the program has a know bug. you have to take the speed that the ram running at in that program and times it by 2x or use cpu-z that read and give you the right speed output. also look on cpu-z spd info it show you your ram rated timings.

Something definately doesn't seem right, the CPU is clocked at 3.6GHz but it keeps fluctuating and so does the voltage.
