In your computer data I see that you have 504mb of ram ? If that is all you have for system memory and your running Windows 7, then that is why you are having trouble. Please list your computer components , not all these settings. Power supply , video card , ram ,motherboard ,hard drive.

Buy a new computer with a proper video card (not an onboard one), would be easier and clsoe to the price of trying to upgrade yours. Plus GTA is not really supported under Windows 7. Celeron CPUs are horrible for things like games and video editing, not to mention 512mb of RAM in the system is 1/4 of what you'd want to run 7 on.
