6950, is it a decent buy?

im trying to find a decent graphics card to go with the rest of my kit, is this one a good buy? or is there something better i can get for the money?

the best out of those for me are dabs, ebuyer and novatech because they provide free Postage!

im buying the majority of my stuff of ebuyer! just because of their great customer service in the past. but they dont have any 6950's left in stock... so I'm not sure what to buy for a graphics card?
