Adding wireless router

Hello,
I need to buy a wireless router to use with a Kindle. I presently have an ADSL X5 wired router for my telephone service (through Galaxy. Is there a combination wired/wireless router that I can change to, so that I will not have two routers (one wired and one wireless). Also, I only have one Ethernet connection in my Compaq Presario computer, so do not know how I can install a second router.
Also need recommendations for buying a wireless router.

Thanks for your help. I checked them out and bought a Linksys E1000 - had someone install it and it was easto do.
