It will look and feel like a quality product, but it's performance isn't premium for the most part.

Corsair HX 850, AX 850, NZXT Hale90 850W, Kingwin Lazer Platinum 850W, Lazer Gold 850W, Silverstone Strider Gold Evolution 850W, Antec HCP 850W are all better units that are a similar price if not cheaper.

I suppose $35 off brings it more in line price wise with some of the other units I've mentioned. Which makes it more worthwhile, but I'd still only really suggest/recommend it if it is cheaper than those other units.
