Im in the process of doing a new build and cant seem to get the system to post, ive connected a speaker and get no sounds when turning on with just the mobo, psu and i7 920cpu + cpu fan plugged in.
I have just RMA'd the mobo and am certain the one I have is working, all the lights light up and fans go but I get no noise
While powering up the cpu stays in Phase 1 power mode, though im not quite sure what that means.
I have followed the thread about no output and tried breadboarding etc but still no joy
Let me know if u need more info.
