Gigabyte GA-B75M-HD3 doubts

I can't seem to find any unboxing video/review or anything on this new mobo besides the specs/features on the gigabyte page. I'm planning on using it with the i3-3220, a GTX 650 Ti, 4gbs of ddr3 ram, 500gb barracuda hd & a ATX 500w psu.

supports pci-e 3.0, usb 3.0, sata 3, and the ''Ultra Durable 4'' protection seems quite nice.

So is it worth it for $70ish bucks?

I already bought the Gtx 650Ti and I got it for $130, also thats a ATX mobo I need a mATX for my build
