Your board may only run with the cpu overclocked; you'll definately need the command rate set at 2T, which the board should do automatically when populating all four slots. I would try overclocking the cpu and set the ram setting on "auto" and see what speed the board selects for the ram. Some 775 boards won't run stable with the ram speed higher than 1066.

mmmm...interesting... my previus ram was 2x2gb ocz 1600 mhz.... i was run my system in 410fsb with my ram mhz higher than 1640 mhz with no problem.... i try to put my ram speed in bios in auto mode but the fsb in 400 mhz and again stucked.... it only work when i put auto mode my cpu speed 333fsb speed.... :(

Post some pictures of BIOS. It can be a problem with memory timings, NB Voltage, or CPU FSB Voltage. Give them a boost to see if it can be more stable.

Set DRAM Command to 2, DRAM Timings Manual so I can see which options are available.

What model is the RAM? You don't have any timings input, but it is AUTO detecting 7-11-11 and I don't know if that is correct since I don't know what you have..

Row Refresh Cycle Time (tRFC) is 78.. that'll need to be higher for 16GB.. have you tried 8GB to see if that works?

Manually input the DRAM timings since your motherboard is not detecting them correctly.

I need to see Primary Info. It is blocked in all of the pictures.

Do you have the latest BIOS?

X38 does not support 4GB modules, but it does not hurt to try.

Most likely that is the issue, but based on your picture, DRAM Timing Control is still AUTO, and CL is detected as 7, so that is a problem since CL should be 9 or 11.
