Can't solve new bootup error message

I built a new PC a week ago based on an Intel Core i5-3570K and an ASUS Maximus V Gene motherboard. Everything has been running perfectly. Until today. Now it's booting with the error message

"C:\Users\Study\AppData\Local\Temp\145505Log.iniis lost"

It doesn't seem to be having any adverse effect as yet, but I still want to get to the bottom of it. It also give rise to the worrying implication that clearing out my Temp folder is no longer a safe thing to do.

All I'm sure of is that it is something to do with the motherboard software, but beyond that I'm stuck.
