My laptop is an lenovo B580 with i5 3210m processor . It have a 4Gb memory , made by Hynix .
I can read on this memory "4GB 2Rx8 PC3-12800S-11-11-F3 " and something more literals and digits .
The vendor said me this memory has a 1600 Ghz . Which sequence of literals and digits tell me the frequency?
Many thanks,
Aurel

The vendor is correct. The numbers 12800 indicate that it's frequency is 1600MHz. The number 11's represent the timings.
Hope it helps
* the frequency is in Megahertz, not quite at that high of Gigahertz (yet)
