You have a monster size full tower case and are sticking a Micro-ATX MoBo in it. I'd suggest:
ASUS P8Z68-V PRO

RAM - Make sure low profile version

GFX - The 850 MHz version you selected is $230. This one is 50Mhz faster for same price

However, with the hybrid 560/570 (560-448) coming out Tuesday, reportedly for the same price, I'd be waiting on that.

PSU - I'd move up to the 850 watter for twin overclocked 560's or 560-448's .... only $20 more

Or get the XFX Core Edition .... $90

I'd move up to a 128 GB SSD

Consider a fan controller / card reader combo

I agree - that doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

I'd actually suggest this - one of the best price / performance PSUs on the market, and you'll be able to achieve at least 4.5 - 5.0GHz without breaking a sweat:

In my experience those can be kind of useless... the one built into my Graphite 600T doesn't really do a whole lot.
