Okay thinking of upgrading my graphics card in the next mouth or so, but I have absolutely no idea which is the best one for me. These are my specs at the minute

Processor (CPU) AMD PHENOM II X4 965 SOCKET AM3 (3.40GHz/8MB CACHE) - BLACK EDITION

Motherboard ASUS® M4A79XTD EVO: DUAL DDR3, S-ATA II, 2 x PCIe x16, 2 x PCIe x1, 2 x PCI

Memory (RAM) 4GB CORSAIR XMS3 DUAL-DDR3 1600MHz

Graphics Card 1GB ATI RADEON™ HD 4890

Memory - 1st Hard Disk 640GB

Power Supply 600W Quiet Quad Rail PSU + 120mm Case Fan

Processor Cooling STANDARD AMD CPU COOLER

Sound Card ONBOARD 8 CHANNEL (7.1) HIGH DEF AUDIO (AS STANDARD)

Operating System Genuine Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit

I was hoping to get something for around £150-200 which can play almost all games on high settings, however I really have no idea if my power supply is enough for some of the newer cards. any advice would be welcome.

Your PSU is fine, unless it is something goofy where all the wattage is in the 3v and 5v rather than the 12v rails.

For that price range, a Radeon 6950 will do you good.
