GPU: Currently using the Intel 4000 (integrated graphics)

This, like almost every post by this person is completely wrong.

Almost all RAM even the cheapest no name value stuff will overclock.

The real answer that if idiotgotheman knew anything about computers he would have posted is there is no real reason to go over DDR3 1600 speeds with any current model Intel or AMD CPU. The integrated memory controller ( IMC ) just does not need anything faster. There is a very small benefit of a few percent in memory intensive tasks such as with a professional video editing box that would make it worth it since every bit of time saved is money. In gaming DDR3 1600 is the best and you see not a single frame per second more with anything faster. AMD APUs also need the fastest RAM you can afford.
