New section

i noticed a new section in the CPU section called Antec.....why?

That and the Palit section are staffed by company reps. I haven't seen the Antec reps but that Palit one has posted.

But they make HSF's, which clothe naked CPU's.

The Palit guy was getting bashed a bit though. We'll see if they decide to stick around.

Well, so far the Palit rep is just answering questions about cards/problems. Could be helpful if implemented well and the rep is knowledgeable.

^ Exactly. For example, XMSYelowBird (IIRC) is a Corsair rep and has helped out quite a bit of people with RAM issues.
