The PC you linked will give you more than 30 fps in WoW, possibly on Ultra (not entirely sure on this one!), probably on Good/High.

However, 8GB of RAM is overkill for WoW. I have no experience buying PC's from Argos, and I have no clue as to the quality of the PSU provided with this one.
You might be better off building one yourself if you are able, as that would probably get you better bang for your buck. If not, I suggest a Graphics Card upgrade, such as a Nvidia GTX 460 or a ATI Radeon HD 6850, giving better performance in WoW.

If you would be willing to build one yourself, a maximum budget would be helpful. An i3-2100 with 4GB of RAM, A Corsair/Antec 500W PSU and one of the graphics cards above would suit you well. Also, if you already have an OS/Hard Drive etc. to hand this would be useful to know as it would allow for better parts (CPU/GPU etc.) :)

Thanks,

no, that pc won't run it on high/ultra ... assuming your res is 1920 x 1080 or somethin similar... basically its a dual core, I personally would grab an athlon 2 x4 or henom 2 x4
then either a 6770 or 6850 depending on the power supply ... or you can have a look at some of the i5 builds which perform a bit better then the phenom/athlons but are quite a bit more pricey
