Motherboard problems

I just changed out my mother board ( It is for an HP PArt #DF263-69002) due to it was not doing anything. Now he motherboard is making a periodic beeping tone. Any suggestions would be gatefully appreciate.

hello a beep code will help tell us what is going on... re-seat just one memory stick... reseat your Video card... do all the fans start turning at power up?

Yes, All fans do start up.
I will have to try to reset he memory stick and video card
