Do the triangles on the plastic headers represent positive or negative when connecting them to the mobo?

pics not coming up for me, may be my net though, bit funny today,
if its switches, pwr reset, it doesn't matter which way they are wired as its just a momentary connector, and leds, trial and error, if one way doesn't work, swap them over
as a pointer though, the common wire colour is usually ground, mostly its white
