I wouldn't bother buying that cpu cooler . The stock one is fine

sandy bridge procesors work with 1.5 volt or less RAM

and the P67 chipset is not as versatile as the Z68 .

get a gskill ripjaws 8 gb stick will cost yoou 45, then put the xtra money on the 560ti
