Does Radeon HD 6670 1gb ddr3 support dual core proccsor....
My PC config are

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 32-Bit
Proc: Dual core E5500 2.80 GHz
Ram: 4GB
HDD: 320gb
PCIE x16

If your motherboard have PCIE x16 then yes will support 6670. Not your CPU must ti support that video card , your mobo have to support.

Hmmm not dat much budget n its ddr5 n mine is ddr3...
so i would prefer to buy 6670...
but flipkart is it safe...?

It doesn't matter what type of RAM have you on your motherboard with the RAM from the video card. You can put on your motherboard even video card with DDR10 if exist something like that.
I don't know nothing about flipkart because i'm not from India. I'm from Europe.
