Thats an old unit meant for a different era, its high on the 3.3 V and 5 V rails which tells me its going to have a little red switch on it, i doubt it will have a 4 pin CPU power connector, and it definitely doesn't have any PCI-e connectors.
Any modern 350 W unit will have more 12 V capacity than that unit, it only has 216 W on its 12 V rail which is problematic for a modern system since 80% of the power for a modern system gets pulled from the 12 V rail, the CPU, GPU, and any motors in the system are powered from the 12 V rail, that PSU was built for an era when CPUs were lower powered and powered from the 5 V rail.
