Question on motherboards

I believe my motherboard is going out and would like to take the opportunity to buy a new one. I would like 2 pci-e x16 slots, 1 pci slot, 4 slots for RAM, compatibility with a liquid cooled AMD phenom xii black edition all on a 500w power supply. Any ideas on a good one (preferably pretty cheap). Thanks for all the input!

Do you need those PCI-E slots to be 16x?
