Hard drives not showing up on GA-Z68A-D3H-B3

Hello, I have a Gigabyte GA-Z68A-D3H-B3 motherboard. Recently I just added a new 180gb SSD hard drive to my system, which already had a 120 gb SSD and a 2 TB HD. Before adding the 180gb SSD, my system worked perfectly. After adding the 180gb SSD I had a lot of trouble starting my system back up but after moving around where I connected the SATA cables on the motherboard, I finally was able to startup my computer normally EXCEPT, now my 2TB hard drive cannot be found. It does not show up in any storage manager or device manager. I am wondering if there are only certain connections that you can use on the motherboard to connect your hard drives to. There are 6 SATA connections on the motherboard so I would assume any of them would work but it seems very touchy...

Enter your BiOS settings to change it.Look up on google.

The hard drive does not show up in the bios, only the 120 SSD and the 180 SSD show up.
