Hello, I currently have in my case an ATI Radeon HD 4850 graphics card and I recently bought of ebay an ATI Radeon HD 4890 to go with it. But it doesn't fit in the mother board? Any help please?

Not sure what you are asking. Does your MOBO have 2 PCI express slots to fit 2 GFX cards? If not you are out of luck.

I think that is the problem, that I only have one PCI express slot. The original card is slotted into something that is blue and is a bit bigger than the other slots

you have only one PCIe x16 slot, so you will be only able to use the HD 4850 or the HD 4890, you can't use them both together in crossfire as you don't have additional PCIe x16 slot
