Help needed regarding dual channel memory

Hi guys, I have this Corsair XMS3 DDR3 4 GB (1 x 4 GB) PC RAM (CMX4GX3M1A1600C9)

Specification:
http://www.flipkart.com/corsair-xms3-ddr3-4-gb-1-x-gb-pc-ram-cmx4gx3m1a1600c9/p/itmd2ryprvhxjqcu?pid=RAMD2RYPY7MHHHUV

this ram is been discontinued. I wanted to have dual channel memory,
so can i use "Corsair Vengeance DDR3 4 GB (1 x 4 GB) PC RAM (CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9)"

Specification:
http://www.flipkart.com/corsair-vengeance-ddr3-4-gb-1-x-gb-pc-ram-cmz4gx3m1a1600c9/p/itmd2rypbx4eehaf?pid=RAMD2RYPMVWCEK6E&icmpid=reco_pp_hSame_ram_1_nr

Will that cause any problem or should I need to use the exact ram of same brand? The only difference between the two rams is one has Test Voltage as 1.65 and other as 1.5. Please advice. Thank You.
