Add or ditch sli?

I currently have two GTX260 running in SLI and they are starting to show their age. I'm primarily looking to run battlefield 3 and the next generation of valve games.

From a cost standpoint would it be better to bump up the power supply and add another GTX260, or sell them and buy a better video card?

My current build.
Asus rampage II extreme
6gb dominator
corei7 920 + coolermaster v8
(2) evga gtx260 in SLI
corsair 600watt psu

I would sell of the GTX260´s, while they still bring in some money, and upgrade a minimum to GTX560TI

^what they said. You get diminishing returns the more cards you SLI.
