Motherboard good?

Hey, I have my build finished almost but I am concerned about the MOBO, my build is below:

Intel Core i5-3570K 3.40GHz (Ivybridge)
Sapphire radeon 7850 2GB
Gigabyte Z77-D3H Intel Z77 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard
XFX Pro 650W Core Edition '80 Plus Bronze' Power Supply
1TB Western Digital caviar black 7200rpm 64mb cache
Corsair XMS3 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory (CMX8GX3M2A1600C11)
Cooler Master Elite 430 Windowed Case
Resolution: 1680x1050

is this motherboard decent or can anyone else recommend another one for around the same price or over slightly?

It's good. It's a much wiser choice than buying a $180+ motherboard for a mainstream platform.

I was thinking about going with the asrock z77 extreme 4?

+1 for extreme 4, both are pretty good go with the cheaper of the 2

All z77 Lga 1155 motherboards are all the same inside, but some for more has more expansions and slots, which you most likely will never fill.Buy what you need, not want.
