Weird noise on boot up with 570gtx

ok right when i boot up my pc the new 570 i put in makes a sound like a piece of plastic is hitting the fan, but it goes away after like 2 or 3 minutes. should i worry about it or rma it? do you guys think it might just go away after using it awhile or will it get worse? has anybody had this happen before? thank you for any comments or tips

have you looked at your fan and watched it during bootup? is it reference?

no i havent looked at fan because its top in sli config. and its evga's 2560mb model. so it is reference, it just has higher density chips.

i looked at fan and didnt really see anything. i dont wana but ill probily end up doing a rma
